How many participants are in each class? I only allow 5-15 students per session so that I can give the proper attention to each person and make sure everyone form is correct for each exercise in order to prevent injury.
How often does each class meet? Classes meet based on weather conditions which is why there is no commitment to sign up long term. I notify all students by email and social media which days we will have classes.
What time do classes meet? You can check the calendar for times and dates for each location. Each class is 45 minutes long.
Do I have to be at a certain level of fitness to attend a class? You can start at any level. You go at your own pace and each exercise will be demonstrated for each level of fitness. I have worked with people who have joint problems, heart issues, and those who have just not exercised in a long time or never exercised before. These classes are for all fitness levels.
What should I bring to class? Water to rehydrate, towel to wipe sweat, mat for ground exercises, a pair of weights for strength, and determination to want to win and make fitness a lifestyle.
What type of exercises will I be doing? We will perform a total body workout each class. Each class will vary from the last in movement and exercises performed. There is always a different routine every session, but always a total body workout including lower, upper, core, and cardio exercises.
